Terms & Conditions

Welcome Session 

All students are granted the first class (1 hour) for free, with no obligation of subscribing the services afterwards. This applies once per student only. 

Enrollment

There is no enrollment fee, but by setting the first payment, you will be agreeing to the terms & conditions presented to you in this document.

Students Under 18

For students under 18 years old (13 to 18), the enrollment, payments and agreement to sign in for the classes themselves, shall be done through an adult (parent or legal guardian). By setting the first payment the parent/guardian accepts and understands the conditions in which the classes are given (Zoom and videoconference) and give his/her consent and permission for the student to use a camera to share images for educational purposes.

First Payment

The first payment will be variable, depending on the date the student is starting the services and will be charged up to the end of the same month -being possible that less classes are deducted than normal. The payment will have to be ready a day before commencing the classes.

Service Charges 

All payments will be monthly, set by bank account in the first 5 working days of the month.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Of Classes

If given 24 hours notice prior to the start of the next class, the student will be allowed to reschedule or have a full reimbursement of the class/es. There is a limit of cancellations and rescheduling of 2 classes maximum per month -if that amount is surpassed and the student cannot make it to the class, it will be counted as delivered and the class will be charged as normal.

Reimbursements

All reimbursements will be made by bank account within the first 5 working days of the following month.

End Of Services

Notice shall be given with 15 days ahead of the date of the total cancellation of the services and the remaining classes will be refunded (see reimbursement policy).

No Discrimination Policy

Everybody will be treated the same, and factors such   as color, sex, gender, religion, nationality, status, age or personal sexual orientation will not be reasons to exclusion. I take this matter seriously and my aim is to always create a welcoming and tolerant environment where everybody can feel safe, valued and respected. 

Zero Rudeness Policy

In the uncommon case that someone might be violent, rude, racist, or presents any other antisocial or disrespectful behavior towards me or any of the other students, he/she/they will be automatically expelled and will lose the right to any reimbursement of the remaining clases. I have Zero Tolerance towards any violent manners and I will do my best to ensure a positive and safe environment for everybody.

My Right To Say No

I reserve the right to decline a potential student if I so consider it the proper course of action based on their specific needs (in which case, when possible, I will suggest other places/people to help their case), or if someone does not seem like the right fit for my services, failing to adhere to the Zero Rudeness Policy or No Discrimination Policy (see above).
