Professional Certificate in Vocal Styles (April 2021 - December 2021) at Berklee College of Music Online, comprising three courses exploring vocal techniques used in different genres: Pop & Rock Vocals, imparted by Adriana Balic, a current member of pop star P!NK’s band since 2003 on keys, backing vocals and guitar; Popular Singing Styles: Developing Your Sound taught by Jamie Lynn Hart, an award-winning Boston recording artist who has been a voice faculty at Berklee since 2012; and R&B Vocals, imparted by Darcel Wilson, a vocal phenomenon who has worked with Branford Marsalis, Paul Simon, Mark (Marky Mark) Wahlberg, Walter Beasley, Fatwall Jack, Brad Delp (lead singer of Boston) and Producer Dan Serafini among many others.
Estill Voice Technique (2019 & 2021)
I assisted the Estill Voice Program (Level 1 & 2) firstly in November of 2019 with the amazing Gillian McLaren Scott -an expert of the Estill Technique-, and her two talented singers and colleagues Taylor Wilson and Blair Kelly.
I enjoyed the technique and the course so much that I ended up taking it again in April of 2021 to deepen my understanding of it.
